Founded in 2015, ShelteR has built a proven track record of more than 10 years in the careful, transparent management of our clients' assets.
In March 2015, ShelteR IM received a license from the CSSF and began operations in Windhof, Luxembourg. At that time, the company was a joint venture between Rego Partners and a Belgian insurance and HR group.
ShelteR launched its own Luxembourg SICAV, offering investors access to collective investment solutions through UCITS funds.
Rego Partners bought out the insurer and will become the sole reference shareholder of ShelteR IM. Tim Vanvaerenbergh joined as a business partner and second shareholder.
ShelteR IM developed a series of model portfolios and promoted discretionary asset management to real estate brokers.
ShelteR IM established a global REIT fund.
ShelteR IM was designated as the AIFM of the Belgian real estate development fund RIO Privak.
ShelteR IM was designated as the AIFM of a Belgian private equity fund of funds.
ShelteR expanded its MiFID license to include RTO activities, offering clients fast and efficient order execution services.
ShelteR reached the milestone of 1 billion euros in assets under management (AUM), with operations fully diversified across clients and asset classes.
